1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

✅ Damaged product received
✅ Incorrect item delivered
✅ Size exchange request (subject to availability)

To be eligible:

• Product must be unused and unwashed

• Original tags and packaging must be intact

• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

❌ Products purchased during special promotions
❌ Used, washed, or damaged items after delivery
❌ Products without original tags/packaging
❌ Accessories and jewelry (for hygiene reasons)

3. Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are subject to:

• Successful quality inspection

Customers may be required to bear exchange shipping charges unless the issue is from our side.

4. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

• Order ID

• Product photos

Step 3

If approved, pickup or return instructions will be shared.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only for:

• Damaged items

• Incorrect products

• Approved return cases
  

Refund timeline:

• 5–7 business days after product inspection

Refunds will be issued to:

• Original payment method
  OR

• Store credit (if applicable)

6. Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD orders:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

• Repeated fake COD orders may result in account restrictions
  

7. Color & Product Variation Disclaimer

Slight color variations may occur due to:

• Photography lighting

• Screen resolution

• Device display settings

Such minor variations shall not be considered defects.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
